What's the point with working if you don't make money? And if you're a sales rep, then commissions become very important to you. Road Rep is sensitive to this issue, it has built-in commission tracking. With some time still on my hands today, I decide to look at my selling and commission statistics since the first of the year. I select the Statistics Window and set my search dates from Jan 1st, 1998 to today. Road Rep lets me view statistics by Products Sold or Orders by Factory - I choose Products sold. This produces two scrolling lists. I click on an order in the top list and Road Rep highlights the products from that order in the bottom scrolling list.
I can also track the invoice history. First I choose the Orders by Factory and Road Rep displays a scrolling list with all orders since the first of the year displayed. I then filter by Factory and look at only orders from XYZ Factory. Next, I click the Invoice History check box and Road Rep displays those orders that have been invoiced since the first of the year and the commission I have earned. Once again, Road Rep has really helped increase my commissions.
