Invoice Window
Keep track of Invoicing painlessly with Road Rep. Select an invoice from the Invoice list, and then click on the Details Tab to see all the information displayed.
The next five account appointments go just as well and quickly - seven appointments and seven orders. For the last five accounts, I put their orders in the Fax queue to be faxed later from home. In fact Road Rep can even fax orders for me at night while I sleep.
Once again I'm home early and I use the time to quickly catch up on my paper work. i check the mail to see if any factories have sent me statements or invoice copies. Road Rep performs Invoicing in the Invoice Window. I can track exact SKU's by reconciling each line in a particular order. I select the account name and order then only need to enter the invoice number and amount for each invoice.
