9:00 A.M. - My First Appointment

After showering and dressing, I jump in my car and head for San Clemente. After parking, I walk into Joe's Audio and greet Stewart with my small Pen Computer containing Road Rep under my arm. No need to carry a bunch of papers or a huge briefcase. I tell Joe that I know his time is valuable, and by using Road Rep to take his order, I'll only need a few minutes of his time.

I start an order by selecting Joe's Audio and clicking on the Start Order button. Road Rep starts a new order with the account terms and the account number automatically filled in. I only select the widgets Stewart wants to order. I take this opportunity to tell Stewart about the new Cracker jack Component. He orders two cases, and just as quickly as I've selected them from a pull-down list Road Rep automatically calculates the totals for me. The order is finished. I fax the order in immediately using his phone, and Stewart can see that his orders are in good hands.

I leave for my next account two blocks down the street - I'm 45 minutes ahead of schedule. I take that order, and since they're a new account and very busy, I Fax the order in from my car using my cell phone.

	Orders Window The Orders Window calculates the total as quick as I can enter in the products. My account is pleased to know that the orders are always accurate and the figures are correct.
	Faxing Road Rep has built in faxing capabilities. You can either fax off an order immediately after taking one, or you can wait until later. If you wait, you can then select from a list of all unfaxed orders and select all the orders for one account and send them off.
