8:45 A.M. - Itinerary

Now that I have selected Joe's Audio as my first appointment for the day (and have selected it in the Account Window) I click on the Orders Tab (1) to refresh my memory as to what kind of orders Joe's Audio makes, and how often they order. I see that they order every two weeks and order lots of widgets. I also note this in the calendar notes area.

Then I click the Factory Tab (2) and refresh my memory about the factories they order from.

I continue until I've planned my last call at 4:00 pm. I select the print option on the Road Rep Calendar and Road Rep prints my schedule for the day.

	Orders Tab This is a the Orders Window for the account I have selected. By viewing this tab you can recall important information about your account, which in turn impresses the account that you remember them so well.
	Factory Tab The Factory Tab, like the Order Tab, displays the factories my account orders from. I am now completely up to speed on my account.
