8:30 A.M. - Plan the Day

After calling my factories, I plan my account calls for the day by opening the Road RepAccount Window (1) and clicking on the top of the city column. This alphabetizes all accounts by city. On Mondays, I usually start with San Clemente. The first account in San Clemente is Joe's Audio.

Next I click on the Calendar Window (2). I open the Hours area of the calendar to enter Joe's Audio for my 9:00 am call(appointment). Now comes the easy part - I don't have to type anything. On the Account Window I click and hold over Joe's Audio entry until a Road Rep sign appears. I drag the sign over to the calendar notes area and release. Road Rep enters the name, address, and phone number for Joe's Audio in the calendar notes area. I notice that Road Rep, at the same time, placed Joe's Audio in the Hours area at 9:00 am.

	Account Window The Account Window operates much like the Factory Window. You can either select the account you wish to use by scrolling down the list or using the Fast Finder. Once the account you want is selected, Road Rep displays all of the information for that account on the screen.
	Calendar The Calendar allows you to keep track of all your appointments (and notes about those appointments) easily.
